Great service! Doctors are genuinely friendly! Just at the reception, one receptionist chooses who to be kind with and straight off wanted to ignore the fact that I had a booking for something specific, cause what what, but bygones. I was there twice and noticed it,but further more the one is friendly and helpful. I really have to say keep it up! Really very helpful!! Definitely going back again!

I’ve been here twice for my FAA medical, first was 2018 and latest visit Feb 2021. The doctor and staff are great, I’ve always felt welcome so I’ll be back for my next medical if I’m back in the area

Doesn't have a good atmosphere. Feels so impersonal. The way the staff are towards people. The doctor also does not seem friendly either. We had to pay a high fees just for consultation. You cannot receive the same treatment that you'd expect at a public hospital, where you get services almost for free compared to a medical centre that you pay a lot of money and yet don't receive good service.

I had to pay N$ 852.40 up front to even get a consultation although I have medical aid. I was told that I can claim this back from my medical aid. No one told me that this however will take TWO WEEKS. I was told Blood Tests performed in-house would cost me extra, so we had to go elsewhere. I was also not told that a special blood test that is part of the overall tests would need to be done at a certain time of the day. So I had to go to PathCare TWICE. Then, when I wanted to get my blood test results sent to me, I did not receive them when they were ready. Issues with the SCANNER ?! I was promised to receive the results per email on Monday, instead someone called me on TUESDAY saying that the scanner STILL WAS NOT WORKING. I went there to pick them up MYSELF. After checking the results, I noticed that ONE RESULT was MISSING ?!

This place doesn't care about clients and only wants money and doesn't care about good customer service. Takes my money, but isn't able to email results, then goes and delays and excludes results I should receive

We traveled through Windhoek in need of a yellow fever vaccin. The doctor was super helpful and only charged us for the cost of the vaccine, gave us the prescription for free. The private hospitals we contacted in the area asked double the fee. She offered clear advice on how to avoid contacting anything on the way. The facilities are clean and staff is friendly. We're very grateful to them and would recommend!
