  I bought my Macbook pro from these guys last year. In December I got a message from Apple with regards to a factory recall, to take my laptop to the Apple service centre due to hard drive issues. ( PC Centre is the only one in Windhoek). PC Centre refused to make a backup for me unless I paid N$1400. However, Nanodog kindly did the backup for me free of charge, and after the factory recall, they restored my laptop exactly as it was before, in record time!
  Thanks for the friendly service and for going the extra mile! From now on I'll go to Nanodog for any IT- related issues.

  Good store for your computer and gaming needs. They stock more specific and performance components. They have a good online presence as well and purchasing components via their website is my preferred way. The staff are very helpful as we.

  Majority of the items offered are not kept in stock but are rather ordered for you quickly and reliably with only a small deposit required. The staff are friendly and quick to help and the customer support is one of the key features

  Very basic walk-in items. Most brands and tech they are not able get as they conciderer 'excotic' but is a common place in SA and the rest of the world. At this stage it is becoming more viable to purchase from SA directly even with shipment as one just has more choice then the generic stuff being sold at Nanodog.
