eta College Namibia opened its doors in 2017 when we enrolled our students in personal training and fitness instructing. Situated on the school grounds of Windhoek High School, the setting for a sport and fitness college in Namibia cannot get any better. Close to Windhoek CBD, with a gym and lots of sports fields the setting really is ideal.

Stretching is often one of the most overlooked principles when it comes to training. Switch up your training routine and spend more time on stretching with these top tips: - don't consider stretching a warm up, go for a brisk walk or run before you being stretching - focus on the major muscle groups, be sure to spend extra time on the muscles you use more. - aim for symmetry, this seems obvious but make sure you are stretching both sides - don't bounce, avoid bouncing while... you are stretching. - don't aim for pain, stretch only until you reach a mild discomfort. 🧘🧘🧘 #etacollege #stretch #fitness #tip
