to whom should we take our complaints if you don't pick up the phone ? I was at Jet Mart on Wednesday around 17:30 and was inquiring information from a gentlemen named David and he told me to go ask my mother and not to mention that when I tried asking the others they didn't seem to care or had no clue on the stainless steel kettle. Please teach your workers proper customer service !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
