  Staff seems not happy working here, no smile. Very hard to get the attention of staff , they don’t look around when waking up and down . They fixed their eyes straight, so you would have to wave like mad to get their attention. Ordered lamb chop and orange juice. Lamb chop submerged in black pepper cause. Orange juice refreshing for hot weather like today.The ambience is nice well decorated . Overall, service and food can be improved.

  Still the best family- type restaurant in the mall. Spacious space and peaceful ambience. Reasonable price as plenty of their set lunch packages are mostly big portion. Fast service too. Loves their malaysia delight and fish burger.

  A walk down memory lane. I was at upperstar when i was an undergrad student. That was more than 15 years ago. It was also one of the earliest places i took my then GF for a date. She's my wife now.
  
  I liked the double cheese burger. Its simple and how a burger should be, meaty with some vege. The mayo on it was just a splash, exactly how a burger should be, not those soaking in some sauce.
  
  The spring roll and mushroom soup were nice but still average. Nothing too special to speak about. I did enjoy the soup, mind you.
  
  The fish lalap was good. My mother really enjoyed it. The sambal however was a bit strange. It was mild and slightly sweet. I would prefer it to have a stronger punch.
  
  The latte and chocolate drink were fine. I wish it was a bit stronger on the coffee but it is still acceptable.
  
  The pizza was a disaster. The bottom was slightly undercooked/raw and wet. I had better memories of the pizza.
  
  The atmosphere was still fantastic. They used to have computers at every table for people to surf the net. It was the era of cybercafe. Those PCs were still there but no longer working. It nice to see it around. Keep up the good job in having the place run well.

  Disgusting. Do not waste your time eating here. Firstly we waited ages, even just for a drink. The staff looked bored to say the least. The pizza was raw and soggy. Not worth the money.

  So called Chilli's look alike. We liked this Imago outlet. Nice taste on ID done throughout. Food wise ntg much to say, so so only. I might come back for its ambience

  What the hell kind of staff do you have here? Push me like im not there while walking with my friend? And touch me with ur wet hand? Disgusting. Even if you are in a rush watch the customers that are around. Train your staff management 🤚

  Does not even deserve a star. Had to wait half an hour to get just 1 food. Thats the only food we ordered. Whilst others coming later after us was getting their food earlier.

  This is the place for birthday party.
  During my dinner, there were 5-6 parties with cakes. It was so interesting. Foods good, too.

  Well known in kk and everyday full with people and travellers to eat there. Great service with nice ambience in every outlet, cozy sofa equipped with desktop for the entertainment and incontrovertible to say that the foods price are always reasonable and the portion always very large to make you feel so full. The only things I can only comment is keep up the good works.

  One of the tradmark restaurant/pub of Kota Kinabalu. Great place for family dining. Decent menu selection, not too overwhelming. Prices are decent. Food comes out abit slower than anticipated and staff forgot some of our orders even they actually repeat our orders in front of us (weird). Imago outlet great for dining so as the Suria Mall ones. If for drinking, suggest the outlet next to Grand Hyatt hotel, they have the balcony seats.

  The food choices and taste are good. A very comfortable place for a couple, family and friends. Muslims went here too but all Upperstar Restaurant offer alcoholic drinks. The only lacking is on the cleanliness and service but might get improved by time.

  The cheapest western food in kk! Food taste good and the staff is friendly. Food is kinda slow but I enjoy eating here with my family and friends. There are tables outside for smoking.

  Bad experience,, Waited 40 minutes and food still have not arrive. Terrible service. We arrived at 10am and was told that food only be ready in 20minutes. We agreed to wait. However after 25 min , food still not arrive, but the customer on the next table has gotten one of their food served. When we asked the supervisor to check , he came back and told us another 10 minutes wait. Fine. Then we discovered that one of our order was not even in their order. At that point, enough us enough, we left cancelling all orders and just paid for the drink.

  Pretty bland western food. Many good menu options, such as steak, salmon and chicken screwers, weren't even available on Thursday night at 6pm. Honestly, McDonalds is tastier and cheaper.

  Food and service are consistently good.
  The salad had too much dressing and was not fresh.
  Portions are decent for the price.
  Definitely on of the most popular eateries in KK so be prepared to wait for a table on the weekends.
