Silicon Auto Services was incorporated in year 1999 with the first branch at Taman Emas and we’ve expanded our business to total 8 outlets. The expansion of business will never end; perhaps we are working very hard from time to time to upgrade our business to the next level. We've joined Castrol as one-stop service centre with a network of specialist workshop dealers nationwide to provide first-rated automobile services at year 2008. In year 2009 and 2010, we succeeded to upgrade our business standard and become the member of Good Year Autocare and Best Drive Continental Passanger Car Centre respectively. This will allow us to have wider product range and broader choices for our customers.
With 15 years of experience, we've gain our expertise in the field of vehicle services and will continuously improve in knowledge, skill and technology. Over the years, we constantly seek for perfection in terms of the service quality delivered to the customers. Enhancements such as equipment upgrade and business model improvement need to be done to achieve this target. Thus, all our service centres are now fully equipped with the latest technology tools and equipment such as computer diagnosis and 3D alignment service to significantly improve the quality and efficiency of the services delivered to the customers. Besides that, we’ve also developed in our customer facilities for example the availability of WiFi connection, air-conditioned waiting room, satellite TV, drinks and etc.
