Deserves no star. Misdiagnosed my neighbour's dog with cancer but in fact it's just an abscess. Didn't even try to do aspiration and jumped into conclusion straight, even suggested owner to put to sleep the dog. Luckily the abscess rupture in the end. Clinic is dirty with foul odor. Pls go to another vet if you plan to come to this one.

The doctor is experienced and straight forward .. charges very reasonable
I had a very bad experience with another vet near jaya jusco balakong.. when my cat got admitted when i was away on vacation abroad..
They were so money minded that demanded me to send money online without informing the details ..i got my cat transfered to this dr ... he treated my cat well...

seems like everyone experienced the same thing like me....rude vet..he pull my cat aggressively out of cage and throw med at the cat...how can my cat calm down if the vet act like an animal....some more shouting at the kid when they trying to look at the cats caged inside the back area of the shop..I am not sure whether this guy got communication issues or he just wanna show some racist remark...he also throw the cat's medicine on the floor when my cat refuse to open her mouth... i think he just need to be human first before become a vet.

Basically the worst vet i've ever met. He refused to listen and I was scolded just for asking a question. Brusque, ill-mannered, impertinent, arrogant. He may be good for shoving advice right in front of your face but that's all that I can see. The clinic can be messy, once there was poop right in front of the entrance door. How this clinic is still up and running is beyond me. Vet really needs to control his anger and improve his interaction with human beings.

The worst clinic i've ever been. IMPOLITE and RUDE vet ever! 100% NOT RECOMMENDED. Bad service! The vet don't even recommended/gave any good advises instead of ignoring me. This is my first and last visiting here. This clinic deserves NONE of the star actually! 👎🏼 Very dissapointed!

The worst kind of klinik veterinar I have ever visited with a very impolite and rude vet. I would rather go to slightly farther klinik veterinar for my pets future medical needs. I wish I can post without even a star rating because this klinik / vet deserves NONE.

Unfriendly, inimical n sort of impolite veterinar. Sorry he has to improve his hospitability, reciprocacity & interaction with ppl. But then the receptionist is affable.
