Assalamulaikum, saya sh, saya pesakit Hoemmoraid, saya just mmperkatakan pada 18 oct saya mndapat rawatan atau pemeriksaan dari Dr Wong voon son dgn Dr Nazhatussima Suhaili, Bnyk2 kli sya dtg ke kelinik ini and Hospital Ampang , This are Doktor yg seriusly buat pemeriksaan yg sgt2 memuaskan.. Given me advise, asking that why, when, how i feeling.. Them seriously doing job sbgi DOKTOR.. BEFORE THIS, even that doctor 2, times already again check what my problem... But that easy, just write in ar smll paper for medicine even check that my condition..Wow.. So Hebat...!!! Tak tahu nk ckp pada Dr mcm ni... To easy🤣.. Plse la Dr2 be more seriusly checking pada org2 yg minta pemeriksaan , , sbb pasakit shaja yg perlukan Dr.. PLSE DONT TAKE EASY LA YOUR JOB...

IM APPERACATE FOR DR YG SERIUSLY DGN APA JAWATAN/ TITLE MEREKA DLM BIDANG PERUBATAN YG MEREKA BERIKHDMAT.

This outpatient clinic deserve a better and bigger building. The waiting area is so cramped. Really pity the doctors working in small spaces. They also have clinic for maternity, dentist, blood test and emergency.

I came here today, just to collect my medicine from Klinik Pergigian Kg Pandan Dalam. Too crowded I would say. This is my very first time going to government clinic/hospital after 16 years. I thought it will take forever just to get the medicine. But I was wrong. Less than 15 min, they called my number.

I am ok with the service.
However the staff who mans the telephone must be trained properly about its operation time. For example when we called in at 12pm asking for suitable time to send our baby for jaundice check, the staff told us just to send the baby in. But when we arrived at the clinic 12.30pm, the staff at the counter told us to come back at 2pm because the clinic only opens for jaundice checkup between 2pm -3.30pm.
Clearly the staff who answered the phone is illiterate who doesnt know his/her own premise operation hour and service it entails.
Eventhough some people claim this clinic is overcrowded and understaff, but I think some basic info shouldnt be let escaped by the staffs in servicing the public. It is common sense.
