HUNG TAI TRADING, which commenced business in 1989, was incorporated on 17 June the same year. Started humbly in a one-shop retail outlet, specialized in the retailing of auto parts and car accessories, it enjoyed progressive growth to enable it to incorporate HUNG TAI Import & Export (M) Sdn. Bhd.on 1 July 2003 to take over all the operations of HUNG TAI TRADING. The company was an import and export wholesaler of auto parts and car accessories serving the Malaysian automotive industry.

In early 1990, Mr. Jeffrey Wong Goang Ching, who was the managing director, saw immense growth potentials in the cash & carry ventures. This great business acumen steered him to position the company to take advantage of the vast market in the automotive field. The company embarked on a franchise mode of operations and registered the trade name "BROTHER'S" for its first outlet in Kelana Jaya.

Under the exceptional leadership of Mr. Jeffrey Wong, couple with his professional approach in marketing analysis, and uncompromising emphasis on customer support & service, BROTHER'S has secured itself a very strong presence in Malaysian auto parts and car accessories scene. Its dominance in this market segment has made it a premier provider of such products in this industry.

Expansion pace in the early 90's was gradual. Building upon customer satisfaction, excellent product and service quality, BROTHER'S began to experience rapid growth from second half of the 90's.
