  Staff seems very busy sitting... it's my first time here at Forbach. Poor service, They did not even bother why I was there. Was there for spare parts for motorcycle. They were busy talking among themselves. I think they judge you by your transport you come 😤😤

  Emcar Forbach not professional at all, same staffs since 2015 behave like they are owners of the company, they don't respect time schedule, busy surfing on mobile phone, taking bike of showroom to buy lunch, don't answer to phonecalls, no motivation to work at all... Bell village emcar the best! Travelled from north to p.louis to get good service at emcar bell village even if I have to pass by Forbach which is 5minutes from residence

  Called twice to check availability of a spare part, no one answered. Finally I called Emcar Belle Village to enquire about the availability. Then I gone to Emcar Forbach to buy. However, once there the saleperson told me the spare part is available on the system, but physically it is not available. This gives the impression that the quality of seevice is not onto level. If this common, it means lot’s of people are going to the shops without the required spare parts, not to mention the staff not answering phone calls !

  This has been the third time going there & each time it seems be getting more advanced, plus lots of motor bikes and spares with also the service area looks very busy. Keep up the good work👍

  I am a long term customer of Emcar Suzuki. I will say more than 9 years of fidelity. This workshop was need in the north, this today it has prove it.
  
  I would like to Mention Mr. Sameer (Mechanic guy) and Mr Marsial (Senior Mecanic guy) are for me the top ones. They always took care in whatever they do and these guys are recommended. I would also salute Mr. Inesh (administration) for his prompt and effectiveness service. He is also reliable and maintain his word.
  
  The only disappointing point is the lady above (sorry for not having her name) needs some training and fine tuning to give a 'good' approach for customers.
  
  Good luck for you all and thanks for providing such a warm and great service.

  Emcar show room & workshop: while there I could have seen Suzuki motorbikes, Quad bikes, bicycles, generators & water pumps + accessories.
  At the workshop they do some repairs, servicing & tyre changing.
  The place looks clean & well stocked. Phone # 405 1110
