Everything was excellent except for the wifi that is on and off, friendly staff and clean room. They must try and put a visible board that shows the place (guesthouse) we were lost before finding it. But so far so good

We spent a night at Shoeshoe Gardens, it was clean and comfortable, the TV & DSTV worked, the accommodation was clean and warm and the breakfast was beyond expectation!

Beautiful gardens, helpful staff. Close proximity to Maseru mall. I just didn't like the few options I had for breakfast. The room was clean but it lacked privacy as there was a room next to mine and I could hear the people moving and the only way to have privacy was close the curtains and that made it dark..

Good facility, friendly staff and great location. I have had my visitors lodging here once and was very satisfied with the service.

Some of the beter accomodation I have had outside RSA, was in Maseru on business. Clean comfortable rooms hot water, each room has its own bathroom. Beter suited for singles or couples. South African plugs and heater in the room. Breakfast included did not have any but smelled and looked good!

    Very very very very bad

We booked the place in January 2017 for 10th - 12th March 2017 but when we got there on the 10th we were told the place is fully booked now & we had to make another plan & we got there after 22:00 from South Africa only to be told there no space while the booking was confirmed end of February & we even called day before & we were told everything is ready for us. I hope the place shuts down because of their incompetency.
