The Youth Career Assistant was founded in 2013 as an association of the youth committed to career development assistance, personal branding and professional enrichment. Youth Career Assistant is registered under the Societies Act, with REG NUMBER: 2014/98.
It adheres to the Lesotho’s Vision 2020 and Millennium Development Goals.
It is committed to facilitation of creative ways to increase the success of others by equipping them to do what they love and create dream careers.
Youth Career Assistant relies on the adage that each of us has been blessed with a calling, it shall rally the youth to play an active role in the determination of what their call is so that they can lead a more encouraged and meaningful life. In so doing, the Youth Career assistant shall strive to achieve fundamental social change for the benefit of all young people, students and the working class.
It shall endeavour to unite the youth of our country to take their rightful place in the activities of the country to develop and implement strategies for decent and productive work for the youth.
