  Game Lesotho is not so good, I purchased headphones there and later they had a mulfuction and when i tried to call to inquire about how they can help they just said it was my fault and they can’t help me!!!
  They should specify which repairs they do on their slip!!!

  Nice store every time I go with my family there we get great offers like my daughter who bought a Samsung galaxy A10 there and my son Nokia c20 at a minimum M 1000 ALONG WITH A PS5 GAME STATION THANKS YOU GAME

  The customer service seems to be going from bad to worse every time. I went buy a mattress protector and when I got to the checkpoint, the price I had to pay differed from the one displayed on the shelf. When I alerted the cashier, she rudely told me that the promotion had ended the previous day and that it wasn't her job to see that the correct price is displayed. I went on to ask her if she was aware that she had to sell the item to me at the displayed price and she just ignored me.

  Brought an office chair on the 28th of May, the chair broke so I took it back for repair today, at the service counter a guy by the name of Joseph (he claim him self as the service manager) tells me that the chair is not under warranty, what a rip off store, and on game's website it says GUARANTEED SERVICE ON EVERY PRODUCT SOLD, Really?
  
  Finally I got a credit note for my broken chair from GAME Maseru mall, just wanna say a big thanks to customer service agent Osline Roberts from GAME SA.

  This has become my favourite store because it's near my school. I love their bakery department because I always get fresh buns for my lunch. I like how they make specials sometimes and the assistants are always there to help you with everything. They have a variety of things and I like how they pack things.

  You will find lot of items for house hold goods, hardware, electronic, kitchen items, bedroom items and many more at a competitive price.. this place also offers good weekly offer price on number of items..
