The Liberia Christian Youth Fellowship is an interdenominational Christian organization whose primary objectives are to unite the young people of Liberia for the purpose of promoting the kingdom of God and to influence the youth population through Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. This vision was enunciated in August 2013 by Mr. Aliue Jalloh a young Liberian who is a Christian and a youth pastor of the Free Pentecostal Global Mission Church in Kakata City, Margibi County, Republic of Liberia.
This vision came about when God revealed to Mr. Jalloh in his dream that there was a need to bring the young people together for the purpose of carrying on the Great Commission. After sincerely praying and asking God for direction as to how to carry on this great task, Mr. Jalloh shared the vision with his pastor, Rev. James Plackie who encouraged and motivated him to put into action such vision.
In the early part of August, 2013, the visionary, Mr. Aliue Jalloh also shared the vision with youth leaders of other churches and other Christian organizations. . In the same year, the first meeting that led to the establishment of the Liberia Christian Youth Fellowship was held at the Free Pentecostal Global Mission Church in Kakata. A one night tarry to fast and pray about the vision was held in November 2013.
After the one night of tarry, a group of youth leaders from about seven (7) Churches and 4 Christian youth organizations assembled at the Kingdom of God Apostolic Ministries to discuss the formation of an organization. The same youth leaders from the seven Churches and 4 Christian youth organizations met on December 15, 2013 and organized the Liberia Christian Youth Fellowship. When this organization was first organized its name was the Kakata Christian Youth Fellowship but with the broad vision and mission of this group, the leaders again decided to change the name to the Liberian Christian Youth Fellowship which is the current name.

TENANT OF FAITH
Liberia Christian Youth Fellowship believes in:
One God who is father, son and Holy Spirit, and savior of all who put their faith in him alone for eternal life. (John 15: 26, John: 14: 26)
We believe that those who are made new in Christ are called to be holy in character and conduct and can only live this way by being with the lord’s spirit
We believe that the purpose of us being on earth is to worship God in spirit and in truth, and to reach the lost and fallen world with the gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, witness and loving deeds.
We believe in the holy Bible and its sufficiency to establish our faith and conduct (2nd Timothy 3: 16. 1st Thessalonians 2: 13, 2nd Peter 1: 21)
We believe God wills for people everywhere is to know Him and be made new in Christ.
We believe in the scripture (the Bible) which is the inspired word of God, the product of holy men of old who spoke and wrote as they were moved by the Holy Spirit. The new covenant, as recorded in the New Testament, we accept our infallible guide in matters pertaining to conduct and doctrine (2 Timothy 3: 16, 1st Thessalonians 2: 13 2nd Peter 1: 21)
We believe it is our seared duty to identify ourselves with the visible body of Christ which is the Church (Acts 16: 5, Hebrew 10: 25)
We believe in eternal life & new birth. Man’s first step toward salvation is godly sorrow that produces repentance. The New birth is necessary to all men, and when experienced produces internal life (2 Corinthians 7: 10, John 3: 3-5; 1 John 5: 12)
