The Springboard Training & Development Centre offers Job placement, Management, Hospitality, Food Safety Training and Management Consultancy services to businesses in St Lucia and the surrounding Caribbean. We are a local company with a growing international reputation, that strives to maintain very high professional and ethical standards. Our Managing Director was the HR Director of one of the UK’s leading Behavioural Risk Management companies and a chartered member of the CIPD and holds a Masters in Human Resource Management.
The Springboard Training & Development Centre employs both local and internationally experienced trainers. Our local trainers specialise in hospitality management and our international trainers are HR and Executive Management practitioners who have worked and delivered training at a senior level in both the public and private sectors worldwide. We take great pride in measuring our own performance and achievements against the success of our students and clients.
