This is the point where you cross the bridge going towards Thailand Cambodian border.

It's just a round-about before entering the bridge. The nice part is the park next to it on the right. I don't understand the presence of the Khmer-Viet Friendship Monument. Is it to warn the Thais? Whatever the purpose is, it is such an ugly monument.
