Good location, near town center. Budget and decent guesthouse. Beware of mosquitoes, woke me up a couple times in the middle of the night
Good location. Cheap breakfast. Room very basic and was full of mosquitos. Our room did have a window but it was facing a brick wall 2meters away so very dark at all times, not too much of a problem if you plan to be out all day which we were. Room cleaned daily. Air-conditioning OK. Some staff friendly others look burdened to have you stay.
The old lady owner is unfriendly when we gave feedback on the furnitures and fittings that need regular maintenance. Floor is super duper dirty but need guests to take off the shoes. Got bitten by bed bugs and as a whole it is very unhygienic. Looks like we paid money for getting agony along the trip in Siem Reap.

I used to stay here last 5 months ago. This place in town just walk 5 minutes to the pup street have many local shops, restaurants, laundry services around. Staff here are polite, great service, good foods and drinks you can order in ground floor restaurants with green view. Room price are reasonable with free breakfast and WiFi.
The photos of the bedroom are completely different. Supposed to have a fridge, NONE. Supposed to have bed side table, NONE. Also a clothe rack, none. The lady is very moody, almost scary to talk to her. We read a comment about children crying, dogs barking and small rooms, it was describing perfectly the hostel.
Pro: good location (close to city and bus station) , very friendly service, their tuk tuk driver was the only friendly person in this damn city besides the hotel guy
Con: very bad air comes in through the aircon
Not welcoming very noisy but cheap. I stayed here only because price was cheap. Everyone looked pissed and unwelcoming. Photos of rooms are fake. Barking dogs, screaming children, noisy street. Moreover no one ever told me about breakfast in 1 week, i guess so i don't eat it.
Found this place by accident when we were out of luck getting bookings at our usual lodgings in Siem Reap. Now, every time we're in town, we choose to come here. Housing spacious rooms with AC and hot showers, a free breakfast, and relatively fast wifi (compared to most hotels and hostels in Cambodia) at an affordable price very close to the old market and Pub Street, this place is the most bang for your back.
And as a bonus, the management is fantastic and welcoming!
