Description

Our Objectives:
(i) Promoting information flow for transformational community development;
(ii) Implementation of community development projects within our areas of operations;
(iii) Linking development resources from various partners and government departments to the needs within the community;
(iv) Networking with existing self-help youth groups within the community to meet our core objectives;
(v) Supporting education for the under-priviledged through sponsorships and linking them with existing educational support programmes;
(vi) Promoting formation of small enterprise development programmes among the youth to uplift their economic standards;
(vii) Promoting education, agriculture and community health programmes through funding specific projects and activities
(Viii)
(ix) Organizing tournaments, concerts and other talent competitions to promote constructive use of time amongst the youths.

Our Key Mandate:
To identify needy but potential youths from our community and supporting them to achieve their dreams in life, by sponsoring them through their education in primary school, high school and college, and providing them with other forms of spiritual, economic and advisory support to enable them succeed in life.

How we carry out our mandate:
1. Provide full or partial educational sponsorships to needy students depending on the situation.
2. Linking bright needy students to available sponsorship opportunities e.g HELB loans and bursaries, CDF, etc;
3. Supporting formation of youth groups and helping them to start income generating activities;
4. Assisting those in groups to apply for government loans such as Youth Enterprise Development Fund (YEDF), Uwezo Fund, etc;
5. Funding and helping to set up small enterprise development projects for the youths within the community, such as tailoring, farming, brick-making, dairy farming, horticulture, carpentry, welding, etc;
6. Fundraising initiatives and soliciting of other material resources for the implementation of ear-marked projects in the community;
7. Organizing tournaments, concerts and other talent competitions especially among the youths within the community, through schools, churches and other institutions;
8. Organizing agricultural demonstration centers for equipping farmers with modern farming methods and skills.
9. Establishment of rehabilitation centers for the youths in alcohol, drugs and those involved in crime and other community vices;
10. Setting up a Community Resource Center for equipping young peoplewith life skills, providing them with information and guidance to enable them rise up the ladder to become beneficial both to themselves and the society;
11. Training of Trainers (ToTs)for equipping communities with life skills;
12. Workshops, conferences, seminars and forums for capacity building of individuals and groups
