Description

Barre by Carrie (originally: Barre Workout BW) is a 1-hour, non-impact, full body workout that incorporates small isometric movements, ballet dance conditioning & physical therapy. Muscles are worked methodically to reshape problem areas (under arms, thighs, rear, abs) and produce lean/toned, dancer-like physique while burning calories and raising your metabolism long after you leave class! You'll see results in as little as 10 classes!
