  I was so impressed with this location. Went there today and from the guard at the check out, the guys at the door checking you in, the cashier, the guys taking your things to your vehicle an adorable bunch. People still polite and professional in Jamaica. Compare this to the unprofessional, quarrelsome bunch at South Camp Road. Management shake up at South Camp Road urgently. SCRd not ready.

  The stars are because of the prices and the product but bad customer service. They have all these displays items but everything is out of stock so why display them. I was a bit frustrated saw some lovely vanities but they are all out of stock

  They had massive sales recently. That was the first time I believe I went there. It was also the first mi see suh much nicer tiles in person..the variety was mind-blowing!(Like the ones posted) lub dem bhad!!
  Now I have a spot to get them when me ready. Prices weren't suh bad either. Definitely returning soon!!

  The variety is absolutely worth the visit but the system is archaic. I wanted additional tiles because the first set ran out. I took a picture of the information for the tiles after locating them and went to the cashier only to be told I needed to ask a sales representative to assist me. I found one literally looking bored stiff leaning on a shelf and showed her the picture of the tiles I wanted. She did not do anything more than write down the SAME info on an invoice form and give me. Wasted my time completely. I appreciate that there are many sales representatives to help if I needed it but if I know what I am looking for do not force me to search someone out all over the store to assist me. Pointless. Given the location on Spanish Town Road with the horrible roads and that service, I would be happy to find somewhere else to go honestly but the price and variety will keep me coming for now.

  Gòod place staff ok but the wait was too long to collect your goods. The gentleman who carried the goods really checked them good and changed the damaged ones even thou the sun was very hot he checked every box of tiles. Thanks again

  It would be nice if your tiles have code and size so it would be easy for natives overseas to choose what they like who are building in the Island. I am kinda disappointed.

  A wide selection of tiles and bathroom fixtures. Friendly staff but not eager to assist. You have to approach a member if you require assistance or advice.

  Sorry I had to go to this place, however it works well as a last resort. Slow and inefficient staff provide little no assistance or help to the customer.

  Although the service needs to be improved the Prices and Variety are unbeatable. I am a big price shopper and ran around Kingston looking for some tiles for my bedroom and couldn't find anywhere and at Tools I had too many choices because all were in my price range. That's where I'm going next time i need things for the house because I don't have time to waste.

  decent experience shopping here. Tiles are plentiful and varied and inexpensive. But watch out for limited stocks, once a particular tile is done, it won't ever be replenished.
