  Their brunch menu was delicious. Tried things I've never had before too. I wasn't disappointed at all.
  
  My only complaint is the area the brunch was held only had 1 bathroom stall lol. Otherwise, awesome venue.

  Excellent space for meetings or functions. The hotel is highly recommended for food and pastry. The oxtail tart with drinks at The Recency is the perfect end to a day long seminar or series of meetings.

  I went to a luncheon in 2013 and the food was great. The service was great. The room was very nice. Never stayed in the hotel rooms before but I've heard they are nice. Need to go for brunch there one Sunday.

  The Terra Nova is one of Jamaica's finest hotels for a boutique experience with excellent food and service. The Regency Bar is their on property lounge which has a life of its own. It has a live music night, a Latin night, good food and drinks. Even if you aren't staying at this hotel, it sometimes is a great spot to swing by on a Friday or Saturday night. It definitely has a more upscale feel and a mixed crowd from young to mature. Def a $$ up spot with a nice ambience. Absolutely recommended.

  Each course was absolutely delicious. The team was very courteous, well mannered and very attentive. Whilst they were courteous... for a fine dining restaurant that required us to order a 3 course meal, they do need to have a team that speaks good english.

  Went to Terra nova in December 2017 to January 2018. Great hotel. The Front desk staff and kitchen staff are the best. The management team are un professional. They're like Donald Trump! Liars, liar. The room services is terrible and thief. They Store my envelope with $500us and they go around and around told me not to get the police involved they will deal with it in .house. And i was such a fool to trust the management staff. At the end of the day. Just at the very last minute when i ready to leave
  They told me otherwise. As I said before nice place. Just pure thieves working there. So don't forget to lock away your stuff. Even if your rushing!

  Quiet atmosphere, friendly staffs.
  There is The Recency Bar with nightly activities, more vibrant from Wednesdays through to Saturday's.
  You also have The Monte Carlo Gaming Lounge.
  Gym and swimming pool, boardroom and ample parking areas.

  Amazing atmosphere and decor. Loved the live entertainment from locals. Food was amazing but the menu at Regency was a bit limited. Would recommend for a nice date night. Prices aren't bad either.

  Went to Terra Nova for a business dinner with work colleagues and clients and it was delectable. The ambiance, service and food was wonderful. The servers were extremely professional and courteous. The food was excellent 👌👌

  Ive been here on multiple occasions both with family and friends the premises is well maintained and orderly the staff is courteous. Food is delicious and when live entertainment is present it makes it even more worthwhile. Only issue I had at Regency bar is I asked for cranberry juice and instead of the bottled kind I got it from the tap; I have no issue with this generally but because I wasnt made aware my drink was not as enjoyable due to it being overly sweet (seemingly syrup based)

  Excellent jewel in the heart of Kingston. Great food, great coffee bar (wonderful barista) with some of the best bread pudding. On Wednesday the have live entertainment in the lounge.

  The ambiance was good, could be considered as romantic and there was ample service from the server. The appetizer and dessert were very good however the main course was disappointing, no zing whatsoever. Maybe it was the particular menu item chosen that caused this but it was a letdown. Overall it was an ok visit

  I went to Regency bar at Terra Nova on a Saturday night and had a great time. Went at about 11 and I wouldn't say it is a great place to meet people because there wasn't a huge crowd and people were sitting at tables with their friends not really mingling. However I really liked the music, early year 2000 hits so it was a nice throw back but not really oldies. It had a great vibe and I had a lot of fun. I would definately go back.

  I love the bar-grill/casino absolutely lovely place to chill and the staff is wonderful and my favourite part is that they change the way they make the cocktails to your preference. If the one they first made isn't to your liking you get to try until you like it and you only pay for that one. So you can taste, taste, taste without having to pay for the drinks you've returned unlike most places that let you pay for a horrible drink

  Food was great, they are slow however and our server appeared to have an attitude and only whispered when she spoken which made it hard to understand her. We over heard a male and female employee talking about us as we awaited to pay I asked them to repeat what was said and they acted as if they didn't understand English. Food is Great price is worth the food but discount should be issued for such horrible service
