Booked a trip to this hotel for my vacation. However, calling the actual Hotel number (to confirm book dates) and getting someone to answer is IMPOSSIBLE. I get sent straight to voicemail. Left several voice messages already including my name and contact number and NO CALL BACK. Whoever owns this place need to take a good look at how they can possible make good revenue because this is just plain dismissive and drives customers away. I am now leaning towards changing resorts which will probably cost me thanks to this let down.
