  Parking at the facility may be challenging at times, due to the fact that it is located on a building that has adjoining businesses. The business facility is small, nevertheless, good customer service is offered, and most items are reasonably priced.

  They supply any auto supply needed to service & maintain your motor vehicle, if they don't have it, they'll order it for you...they always give you the correct parts...to shop at Smart Stop Auto is a smart stop trust me...ive never got a wrong parts

  I have been buying parts there for several years. The manager and staff are courteous and knowledgeable. They always have the parts I need.

  Knowledgeable staff super professional, very helpful. Kadie is a life saver she knows her customers and treat them well. Prices are very affordable, the best around Santa Cruz. If she doesn't have it best believe she will source it for you

  Good customer service, and prices I find to be reasonable. They carry a lot of parts that the bigger players in the market don't have, which says a lot about this business. There is limited customer parking though, and from what I see, not much can be done about it. They accept both cash and card for payment.
