  One of a few Scotiabank I have been to very ample parking space for clients. The parking space here is huge and one should not have a problem with parking. The challenge I have here is the time it takes to do banking transactions. You can expect to wait especially if you go there during the day. The customer service was ok the times that I was there.

  I went there before 8 am and found that parking lot was closed and only staff were allowed to park. Unlike half way tree BNS that allows access to the parking lot. I was rudely told by security guard I cannot enter. Being slightly confused I asked when can I enter the parking lot he answered at 8:20 am. Having no where else to go I parked partially in front of the gate ensuring that vehicles can pass if needed. After 5 minutes I was rudely told by Scotia employee to move my car not because I was blocking him but because of some arcane security protocol. So I just left and decided never to return. So Scotia Hagley Park you have a stupid policy fix it. Three mile area is hard to manuerve around why not destressed ur customers and allow them to park in ur parking lot while waiting for u to open.
