Not impressed the rooms too small had to change room 3 times food at the Japanese and the Mediterranean was a joke poor
The stake house they do not know how to do medium just well done like leather
I was on the Diamond Club side and had pretty good customer service but a few friends I was with had really bad customer service with cleaning the rooms (maid service and the room initially having a mildewy smell), providing clean towels daily, and just the responsiveness. The Royalton DEFINITELY has to do better!! I absolutely want to give credit where credit is due: the 2 great restaurants were Calypso (Marlene was a top-notch, engaging server and provided the best experience there). And Deron at Zen did an excellent job keeping us uniquely entertained. The butlers Junior and Kaimeilla did a wonderful job making us feel welcomed and trying to meet all our needs!! So they made the experienced great for us and some of the guests. One thing I can say it just slip going to Opa, the food and service was deplorable!! I would rather eat at McDonald's than to go back there and I don't like fast food at all!!!
Amazing experience. Very friendly staff. 5 star luxury...
I was very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the friendly helpfulness of the staff

It's just awesome!
Going back soon.
The property is lovely and The beach is fabulous 4/5. The standard rooms I would give a 3.5/5, the food is lovely in the main dining hall 5/5. The steak house I would give a 2.5/5 as I was disappointed and I am a serious steak lover . The property is really nice for children their offerings in this area I would give 5/5. What would really need improvement is the customer service, the staff needs training and they don't realise they are the cornerstone of the visitors experience. Customer service and experience interacting with staff i would give 1/5, my partner gave it a 2/5. But I would visit the property again.
The facilities were great. Great ambiance. Friendly people. The service was a little slow, but I guess there something called as "Jamaica Time" which I was not aware off and was expecting requests to move faster than they actually did. Overall great experience.
They advertised 8 restaurants for us to book at on our week away. We thought great! So many options! We get there and they are building a new portions of the resort. In that new portion is 5 restaurant's (still under construction) so we only had 3 to book at on our side. I wouldn't be so upset if it wasn't for the false advertising, especially with the price we paid.
Once you get past the "arrival room" and into a room that doesn't overlook dumpster bins and construction, things can be very nice. Unless you get a suite, you're likely to be treated like dirt.
