  PriceMart is very exclusive which can be an oxymoron in itself. Prices are good but I don't see why I have to pay nearly $4,000 to be a member. Otherwise it's modern contemporary and a great place shop

  Very nice environment to do shopping the agents on the floor a very helpful, the cashiers are really kind. The store stocks everything that you need in bulk at a reasonable prices and they have a great food court and now a lot of parking both upstairs and downstairs as their customer base is expanding.

  If you are looking variety and one stop shopping for almost everything. Then go to PriceSmart. Lots a parking and they have done some huge upgrade to that aspect. Price is really good.

  Bulk buying.... easy end of month purchasing. Customer service needs a whole heap a help but I mean.... if u know how to ignore , shop and go then.... otherwise.... this ain't the place for u

  The renovation was a great move. More parking space and less congestion (somewhat). A wide array of items are available at affordable prices. They sell in bulk which is the main feature. The food court is clean and food is good. Would recommend to anybody. The pastries are delicious also, especially the fruit cake🤗

  This is one of the best places to get bulk goods in Jamaica. Note that it is based on a membership to the supermarket; however, it's worth it because of the absolutely wide variety of items you will obtain at the store. Also note that while you can get boxes to carry your goods out, you may choose to bring your own shopping bags as none is provided at the venue.

  A good store to shop at for bulk purchases. The cashier lines at time can be long but apart from that its a very good place to shop at. Ample parking space is available. They are doing renovation at the time of this review, so parking might be a little challenging but that should be resolved soon. Customer service is excellent as well.

  The renovations now in progress makes parking a nightmare especially at the end of the month when shoppers come out in droves. Once on the inside, prices are good for most items especially food because of the bulk packaging. From time to time you will see some unique items on sale. If so, grab them while you see them as they won't be around for very long!

  Decent selection, competitive prices. Parking situation isn't the best. Handles payday and weekend rushes at a moderate pace. Food court is decent. Staff service is good. Would recommend going at opening time for less stressful shopping.

  Larger quantities of food items are sold here than at a typical supermarket. Good variety of items. Not much variety but nice quality of household items, appliances pots and the like.
  Competitive prices on electronic items I.e. larger items to laptops and input devices.
  Bakery provides a fair variety of taste cakes and desserts.
  A quick to stop for fast food including pizza and smoothies.
  
  Membership is required to shop
  
  Currently they are expanding the store and parking which is the only drawback.
  
  God's responsive staff on premises. Calling can be frustrating tho for a response.
  
  Overall a worthwhile place to go again and again.

  Large and spacious; plenty of good family size deals; great products and affordable prices. The parking is very good. The attendants at the entrance/exit are extremely courteous. The snack counter has yummy and mouthwatering goodies and frozen novelties.

  Great stop for wholesale purchase of household groceries, appliances, furniture, games, electronics etc.
  Much like any other wholesale member's club.
  Usually clean but mostly always crowded. In peak seasons, like around holiday period, you can expect very little available parking space.
  Prices of goods, on average, is usually cheaper or better value in terms of brands/quality.

  Great variety... Prices vary dependent on item categories but a great place to shop for bulk purchasing: ideal for large families and businesses or small families who like to have an abundance to minimize the frequency of shopping. I combine my personal and business shopping here to save money overall for both. I'm excited to see the new upgrades they've been working on.

  The variety was beyond my imagination. I recently bought a small appliance and I was awarded a year warranty and the cost price was great in comparison to other places. What I loved was their emphasis on security measures...I felt safe inside and outside the store. Staff was very helpful and pleasant.

  Great for shopping in bulk and has a bit of everything. Wide selection of cakes and other pastries, clothes, car items and accessories, groceries, meats, fruit, vegetables and a café for prepared food. Love the relaxed large open space. Must have a membership card and also no grocery bags available, therefore bring your own or have a car waiting

  Get there early and leave early. Great products but need better prices on some. Great prices on produce and juices. Very competitive than others. There is a variety of products, local and from abroad. Friendly, speedy and accomodating staff. Business services is on top of things for you.

  Excellent place for shopping. So many choices of good and fresh food supplies. Delicious Christmas cake available. Appliances, tools, phones, computers, printers are all available. Pretty much a one stop shop facility

  Quality and quantity at a good price. This is a warehouse store that is very popular. It has given the other local warehouse store a marketing challenge and also the traditional supermarkets. The popularity went over the top when the bakery opened selling Jamaican Christmas cakes of a good quality at a lower price than your cake maker. These Christmas cakes have a light consistency, are moist, but are full of flavour and have rum in the finishing touch.. This will give persons a Christmas cake fix at a low price.

  PriceSmart is location similar to Sam's club or BJs in the U.S. ,where you can purchase your items in bulk at reasonable prices. The store is fairly well laid out and is well stocked with appliances, grocery and food produce items. One can also get cakes and other pastries along with fried chicken and Pizza at the deli. The store is usually crowded on a Saturday so it's best to go early on that day or go during the week if you are in a hurry. This store always offers a very unique shopping experience.

  Items are reasonably priced. Their refund process is frustrating though. It's very inconvenient to the customer. They cashed an item that was finished at the food court (their mistake, not mine) and I had to walk over to the so called customer service desk to wait on the 2 agents who were working to have the item refunded. I waited 15 mins before I was attended to. Then I had to walk back to the food court to cash replacement items. The whole process took me an additional 25 mins from beginning to end. Not to mention that the refund was done to my card and would take between 24 and 72 hours to be reflected on the account. A most inconvenient process for customers. It seems that they're doing so well that the customer's interest is simply not a priority.

  Spacious and convenient bulk shopping. However sometimes they do not restock an item for months or ever! Also it would be good to have more variety in the bulk packages.

  Lots of room to move around...Wide variety of items for sale...The prices are competitive...The staff is warm and friendly... Excellent return policy. The only problem I had was the fact that there was no express line for persons who were buying one or a few items.

  I like that they have both a physical and an online presence. No difference in prices at either. Great place to shop with reasonable prices, but during peak periods you can find yourself towing very long traffic lines to get on the premises.

  Shop until you drop!! Great shopping options (Brand Oriented) not your average supermarket, it's more of a warehouse style. If you aren't interested in Bulk, then this store isn't for you. Membership only ;) Great parking, this place is mostly crowded. Try shopping mid week, weekends are packed!! Great Pastry selection, average food court.

  Great shopping experience. The palace has most of what you need. It's not quick stop to pick up an item but if you buy things in bulk or have a restaurant, it a great place to get a lot. Also the fast food there is not bad.

  Great for wholesale/ bulk shopping. However membership is required. They have electronics, home items, cleaning products, pet goods, a wide variety of food and beverage options including fresh fruits and vegetables, a bakery and a food court.

  Membership shopping store. They stick a wide range of items from food, personal care items, furniture, appliances etc. There is even a food court if you are hungry after shopping or need a pizza for a party etc. aisles are spacious. Each time you visit there's something new to see in the store. Ample parking is available.
