  Very nice looking complex. Very modern in how it operates in general. Ventilation for rooms are not very good though. U would need an A.C. in most cases. Mosquitoes are also a little problem that would cause u to require mesh for ur windows

  One of the best apartment complex in Kingston and St. Andrew. Would not give it a 5 star because it isn't perfect and it has had its dark days. If measures are put in place to prevent a reoccurrence of those issues I'd be open to changing my rating to a 5 star.

  It's not a new middle-income, gated housing complex but relatively well taken care of. One feels safe to have kids around with it being minutes away from key areas of interest as well as the business district

  It's a great gated community with great parking. There's long-term and short term rentals available. It close to several popular Plaza and shopping complex.

  It is a relatively nice, safe, gated community. There are apartments available for short term lease. Bedsitters as well as two and three bedroom apartments for rent and for sale. Great for visitors who are here for a month or more. It is supposed to be for home owners who wish to own their own homes or apartments to rent.

  Quiet, safe environment. Convenient. Quick access to atm, banks, pharmacy, fast food, supermarket, barbers, laundromat.
