Established in July 1995, Nubian-1 Construction Limited is the brainchild of principals Wayne Gadishaw, Meva Gadishaw and Lenworth Kelly. The principals are experienced engineers and business professionals with a combined forty-five (45) years of relevant experience.

Nubian boasts extensive expertise in civil engineering, building construction, productivity and project management. The company has carved a name for itself in the local construction industry and provides services to an extensive network of local and international clients. Nubian incorporates project controls that ensure maintenance to schedules, adherence to financial controls, adequacy of information management and reporting and quality assurance and control.

The company’s workforce consists of fully qualified and trained engineers and vastly experienced team of trade sub-contractors and artisans, all of whom in conjunction with supervisory and technical staff, strive for constant delivery of high quality standards in engineering, construction and project management.
