  I wouldn't send you anywhere else to be honest. They have it all. And they have really knowledgeable staff that are ready and will to assist you with everything. Ypu don't need to know everything to shop there. If you have an idea, they'll help ypu figure it out.

  They offer a wide range of musical instruments in a clean and easy to browse environment. The staff is very friendly and are a good guide around the store. They are truly a high quality store and experience.

  The one thing that pop out was their good customer care, that best everything. The ambiance was warm and welcoming and th sales rep was awesome, she did everything to fulfil my request and help me in deciding what musical instrument I really wanted.

  Absolutely the worst customer service. There is no respect to help you promptly and in the order you asked for the service. Then, after finally giving you the service, they proceed to overcharge you while listing a different price and service on the receipt. I won't be coming back here again.
