  I recently rented a car from these people for 13 days; in addition to the cost of the car, they put a hold on my card for us 500.00. Once I returned the car, it was inspected by the agent and signed off as satisfactory. I was then told that by the end of day the 500.00 hold will be released. 4 days later I called back to inquire about my funds, the manager became very angry and hang up the phone on me. They simply refused to give back the 500.00. I had to call my bank and filed a claim. After an investigation the bank found that the charges were fraudulent and gave me back the 500.00. After talking with the bank, I learned that usually if the merchant refused to give back the funds, the banks will go ahead and refund there customers anyway without putting up a fight. And that's what's giving these guys the balls to do what they are doing. It's a SCAM! My recommendation is not to stay away from Classique Car Rental, my recommendations is that everyone needs to stay away from all local car rental companies. The are all a bunch of lunatics who do not know how to run a business. Stick with Enterprise Car Rental, or other international outfits. Find out what are the requirements and planned ahead. If you you have similar complaints, contact the Jamaica Tourist Board.

  I rented a Suv for Christmas... This company is efficient and reliable. The rep picked my family and i up from the airport and brought us to the office to get our vehicle, the process was easy and smooth. When it was time to return the vehicle they took us back to the airport no additional charge. The staff is friendly and respectable I was recommend this company services

  Great service guys will definitely rent again.
  My plane delayed 2hrs and they were at the airpprt paintently awaiting our arrival.
