Some more good news for our donor hospitals, as following on the heels of the Cornwall Regional donations, the Mandeville Hospital also got new equipment to bolster their Physiotherapy and A&E Departments.
The equipment which is valued at around 4 million dollars was handed over to the CEO of the Mandeville Regional Hospital, Mr. Alwyn Miller; Senior Physiotherapist, Avalyn Williams and Manager, Physiotherapy Services, Denzil Williams by Guardian Life Unit Manager, Norman ...Johnson along with Branch Manager, Easton Mckenzie.

Through your participation in the 'Keep It Alive' 5K Night Runs, the @guardiangroupjm Foundation recently handed over Slit Lamps to the Cornwall Regional Hospital in Montego Bay.
The lamps which are valued at over 4 million dollars are used to examine conditions involving both anterior and posterior segments of the eye and offer the ophthalmologists a magnified view of the structures of the eye which assists in clinical diagnosis and treatment ophthalmic diseases.
This equip...ment will no doubt benefit the entire western region of the island and our representative Mr. Oneil Brooks, Senior Branch Manager, Guardian Life was more than happy to handover to the CRH team of Dr. Charmaine Scarlett, Consultant Ophthalmologist, Keriesa Bell Cummings, Senior Hospital Administrator, and Clinical Coordinator Dr. Delroy Fray.
