  The store is located just outside the big city. The staff are generally helpful. Ample parking stop is available.

  Awful experience. My husband called the phone number on google for kfc. He ordered 20 of small sandwiches. He later went to pick them up at the location google had for that number In Montego Bay. Well when he got there the manager told him that it wasn’t the right location and that he needed to go and pick them up. She said because they already made them. Well we decided to take our business elsewhere and my husband was late for our daughters birthday and didn’t have the kfc that she had wanted. I will be emailing corporate and telling others of my experience. Not how you run a business.

  I live in the community where it is located and for a world renown restaurant as this, surrounded by resorts, the service is POOR! This is my 14th time to this location as it is walking distance from home, but I have learned that I have to condition my mind for th wait as it is very lengthy. The staff are very slow and inefficient. Also there's ALWAYS one cashier cashing, which adds up to the length of time you wait for your meal. It is ridiculous!

  I went there on a public holiday and I was impressed my wait time was not as bad as I thought it would be. Cashier was polite and soft spoken. Only improvement would be the communication between employees as to what is available and what's not.
