  Small and FOREVER crowded. Impatient patrons pile up at the counter noisily trying to be first-served despite a ticketing system. The place could do with some cleaning. Parking is impossible; you can risk an illegal parking nearby on the road-curb nearest it, and (if your aren't hassled) so does adjacent BCW Capital Bijoux and Gas station opposite it.

  Always busy! Be prepared to pack in with a hundred other people waiting to place an order. Jamaican KFC, though... So you know you are gonna wait lol

  Its a nice KFC restaurant. Its arguably one of the nicest fast food restaurants in New Kingston. The only problem I have with it is that the space at the entrance where you join the line to place and collect your order is very small.

  Service was relatively quick. In and out in bout 10-15 minutes since there a small line in there at the time. But service was good

  Usually full during peak hours, which is rather unpleasant because the customer service area is small. Upstairs is nice but if unoccupied is as frigid as the alps. Food is always good. Service could be better.

  Very slow service and overall customer service isn't the best. You do have cashier's and other members of staff that are pleasant but for the most part they aren't very customer friendly. The speed of service is also poor. Since there is no legal parking in a financial district where so many prospective customers drive I can't give this restaurant more than 2 keeping everything in mind.

  They need to have at least 3 cashiers on duty consistently. Almost always a exceedingly long, snaking line. Having the 2 or 1 cashier working cashing and packing orders dose not work. Most of the staff are terse, dour and impersonal.

  Need to redecorate the upstairs area. Change it up a bit! Move around some furniture and stuff. Otherwise kfc here is still the boss especially with the beautiful upstairs scenery of the city!

  They need , serious helps given peak hours the , line flow is really a waste if productive Time. So serious review need to be applied. The supervisor, is trying however, I can see that it's a upper management issues. They need to swing by any Friday between the lunch hour. This is just a review as the process change, I will update.

  Surprisingly one of the few places open after 10pm in New Kgn. Poor service but if its late and your hungry it may save your life.

  I work in the vicinity of this KFC. The food is always overcooked and a little on the crispy side. There is no parking available here and the condition of this KFC such as the tables and chairs could be kept in a cleaner condition.

  Well it's KFC and it's Jamaica you shouldn't expect nothing less than greatness prices could be a little better but the food is good
