My family & I visited Jerk’s on the way to Kingston from Negril. The experience we had was wonderful & we all enjoyed our food. From the Jerk chicken to the steamed fish everything was absolutely amazing. The service was great and we were pleased with how well the restaurant was ran. Can’t wait to come back!

Jerky’s was once my favorite spot but recently all my visits have been very bad experiences with the service to the point where I don’t think I’ll be returning. The restaurant is located at a nice spot and it doesn’t matter how hot Montego Bay gets Jerky’s would always be cool and relaxing. Cashing my meals are normally ok as the cashiers are friendly and respectful. Where I have a problem is that on my last 3 visits I stood for over an hour just to get my meal and it’s like I had to beg someone to do it. I saw cases where 5 or 6 persons that were behind me came and got their meals and I was left there still waiting with no assistance. On the first occasion I didn’t think much of it but after it happened again, that was it for me. The food is always great but I can’t deal with service like that. If you have a ticketing service I expect that you are going to work by it not overlook persons to serve others. It was very frustrating and unprofessional. The restaurant can be better because the food is already great, just improve your ticketing service because it makes the customer service very poor. Thanks

SANJAY HE SAID HIS NAME WAS MANAGER @ JERKY. HE SAT DOWN N ATE HIS FOOD AND THE LINE WAD REALLY LONG AND HE WAS ASKED TO HELP BUT HE SAID HE IS MANAGEMENT AND TURN RIGHT BACK AROUND... IT WAS A TOUR BUS WITH 13 ppl. SAD... I KNOW THEY LOSE BUSINESS AS NOT EVEN MANAGEMENT CARES

The cashiers have a nasty attitude especially Nicole, or whatever her name is. It amazes me how impolite she can be with customer for such a long time and she still works there. She behaves as though customers are begging her to collect their money. People like Fitzroy and another tall, dark guy that works in the food area should be applauded for their level of service. Another lady that works in the food area is also very polite and well mannered. Big up to these people.

This is really a cool place. Seeing all the food being prepared on the grill make your mouth water. The pork panini is just awesome. Staff smiles and willingness to assist and make suggestions are top notch. I keep going back. Oops! Gotta watch the waist. Awesome place. Love it!

The wait is always extremely long. The food is always well cooked buy often lacks flavor. They are incredibly prejudice here and tend to notice persons of lighter hue. The customer service needs a massive upgrade and racial sensitivity training.

Trust me number 9 on the menu board is wonderful taste awesome am not a fan of hot pepper but this meal makes hot pepper taste good. Steam fish with rice and peas or festival. The venue is good the food good service is wonderful as well nice music good vibz for you and yours. 5 star bap bap

Jerky's is a very nice place to dine alone or enjoy the company of family and friends, while listening to music. My husband introduced me to this spot and I absolutely love their jerk chicken.
