    Do something!

    Try to out do your best each time. If you use to run 5km per hour try to do 5.5 km in a hour or try to do 5km in 45 min. Save some energy on your light bill. Do not use that washing machine ,YES!, with effort, washing is a exercise. Stop doing the same thing over and over . When your body starting getting use to a routine it stop's producing results. LIVE HEALTHY.LIVE LONGER!

    Why can't I lose:

    the belly fat the back of the arm fat ( triceps) 20 pounds in a realistic amount of time... my butt (gluteus medius & gluteus meximus) it keeps getting saggy!

    The truth is

    You took years of destroying your body eating all that junk then relaxation was your next best move. What you did not realize is that your body stores everything as fat once it does not metabolize it.

    Now it is time to eat healthy and get your body back in control. Shed the weight, firm your butt, get the abs you crave for. It is possible!

    READY TO SHED ?

    1. Drink water first thing in the mornings. Avoid easy fixed: breakfast. Make sure to boil or Scramble, instead of fry. Avoid sausages. Dispose the egg yolk . Egg yolk contains lots of: fat and calories example: 54 calories and 5 grams of fat . Eat no more than 2 slice of bread and make it whole wheat. Avoid fruit juice, eat the fruits instead.

    2. Avoiding fast food is also solid place to begin. Just stop going anywhere with a drive-through. If lunch at the ...office usually means a trip to K.F.C. Burger King or Mothers ,then you are in serious problem!.Get in the habit of packing lunch instead.

    3. Have dinner at least 2 hours before bed. Do some activity before be . Avoid rice and flour, If you can, or quite them entirely. And remember to have: boiled or baked no fried. And have lean cut meats

    4. Make sure to do at least 60 min of exercise to lose weight . A Personal Trainer would be a great asset. contact: Talib 797-2441 for help.

    Talib as been a certified fitness trainer for over the past six year. He has worked in local Gyms, Hotels and Jamaica's largest gym -Giscombe's Wellness Center. He has been awarded the De'cameron chains of hotels award for being the most progressive instructor 7 times in 4 years. He had the privilege to train and give nutritional advice to people from Petrojam,to doctors and uprising celebrities to meet their fitness goals.
