My wife and I stayed here in December 2011 and what stood out to us was the view from the balcony overlooking the main road below and the ocean beyond. It is awesome! We took loads of pictures but from the balcony the power lines get in the way. Since the hotel is close to the main road - Queen's Drive, there is always some amount of road noise which may take away from the tranquility of the experience, but for those who don't mind the noise, no problem. There is also a pool for those who wish to take a dip and a well stocked bar for the drinkers.

Parking was a challenge sometimes as the available space was limited. The room we had was a studio apartment and it was clean and everything worked just fine. The queen sized bed was comfortable and the linen clean. A refrigerator was not in the room but one was provided upon request with no additional charge. Customer Service was above average and the room was refreshed in our absence, thanks to the housekeeping staff.

The hotel is conveniently located giving relatively easy access to the town of Montego Bay and its environs, for those who wish to explore and do some shopping.

This hotel doesn't even deserve one star, but Google requires at least one star to post a review. When we arrived, the staff put us in a filthy room with moldy sheets and torn furniture. Bathroom was horrendous with no running water and we requested to be moved, which took hours. Housekeeping doesn't change the sheets and give you dirty stained towels which they claim are "bleached." The housekeeper assigned to our room stole a large sum of money, which we immediately reported to the front desk and manager. They proceeded to protect her and tell us that they think she would never do something like that. Basically, management sided with their employee over the customer and we received no compensation or even follow up from the manager of this joke of a hotel. Restaurant is extremely overpriced, meanwhile their service is lacking and food takes one hour to come out and is ALWAYS cold even when the restaurant is empty. Needless to say I highly do not reccommend that you waste your time or money at this unprofessional, incompetent establishment.

I was attending a training and stayed overnight. The Staff is accommodating. Didn't get a lot of smiles but they were courteous. Room was adequate. The supper was well prepared and tasty. Breakfast however could be served earlier than 7:50 am for persons who need to leave early. The conference room, in terms of space, setting and equipment, was conducive for our training requirements. Air conditioning could have been cooler. There is adequate parking and the property has a pool and a terrific view of the Bay. Would recommend it.

Ask for Marsha at the front desk and I'M SURE SHE WILL DO HER BEST. Hotel is very affordable, clean, workers are very nice and the overall service is great. Wanted to do something special for my husband and I asked to get my room decorated and they did it. So if you're looking to have a great time and still have money in your pocket then Grandiosa is the place.

The staff is tremendously professional, friendly & courteous. Ms. Marsha & Ms. Grace at the front desk, welcomes you warmly as you arrive and they all go above and beyond to ensure ur stay with them is awesome; & repeated. Kid & friendly, affordable and breathtaking view. Highly recommended.

The room was mouldy and the towels were stained and mildly damp. I asked for more towels and received similarly damp towels. The Bartender was kind and friendly. The lady at the front desk could best be described as civil. While there were not many locks on the door, the hotel did provide security at the gate.

For what it advertised to be it's good. Rooms are good and cozy, place is kept in okay/good order. Not an all-inclusive or 5 star place and the price doesn't indicate that either but for a quick getaway or a business stop off it's good.

This is a really quiet location. Not close to the sea. But you have a lovely view of the sea. Lovely function rooms. I attended a church function there. It was great.

I have had the pleasure of staying there. The staff is very friendly and the service was excellent. Food and drink good. Can't complain. I would recommend to go experience the life. Especially if you need peace and quiet. Rooms clean and nice with everything in it.

I absolutely love this place. The location was so convienant. The room was very clean. The staff was so nice. I got extremely ill during my visit. My room was comfortable even when I was sick. I felt safe. The pool area and lighted gazebo was my favorite. I also loved going on the rooftop and watching the planes land as well.
