Spoke with a representative on the phone, first he said he couldn't give me any price om my 4 products only two then he put me on hold for 14mins because I ask someone to call and ask. Now this is stupid I'm in chapelton I can't take taxi come may pen to find out price then go back home to put money to get these items. This aspects of the service needs to be reviewed.

Speaking from experience. Extremely poor customer service. They dont give refund or exchange on their products and is the Only company i ever see refusing to sell customers what they want (good quality products) and forcing them to buy damaged products they have on stock. If you want to have peace of mind when buying materials to build your home in Jamaica, George Kirby hardware store ( May Pen Branch) is not the place to go.
