They have poor customer service. These people are not moving with time. Persons who answer the phone lack skills to assist customers. They say management told them not to really disclose prices. Wake up, people! You are not operating a monopoly.. you really deserve .5 stars

The most ridiculous phone rule I have ever heard of. I can't ask what the price is for items over the phone. I live an hour away and your telling me that I should come there each time when I am trying to find a price for something. Absurd. I am as much of a customer over the phone. The most ridiculous part is that I can ask prices in person but if you can't see me that is a problem. THIS NEEDS TO CHANGE!!!! Okay prices though.

The experience was great on my first visit, good customers service. I met One of the service representative (worker's) and he was customer friendly and am happy and felt please for that. Keep it up.

Best hardware store this side of Jamaica, in terms of variety and options. Lots of customer service representatives who will see to your request and assist with your purchase 👍
