  you can never get a direct contact with them always talking to a machine that is taking up credit. i went into the mobay office to cancel a policy and 4 months later theyre sending me notice to renew policy. when i checked it out they didnt cancel the policy. i have been trying to get reimbursed for the sum owed and all now i cant get a response. really poor service and extremely frustrating

  Well cared for in a friendly environment. Reception take a note of the service you require and log into the system. Then the next available representative calls your name and deal with you. Oh, coffee and tea is there at times if you're interested. Wheelchair entrance is there and a parking lot is across the road.
  
  3rd party and comprehensive insurance is offered on vehicles.
  
  House insurance is available as well.
  
  Services are now available online for those who prefer. I did that the last time. You can print out a temporary certificate and ask them to send the original to a preferred location.
