  Well we've complained so much about our lack of service & still no technician showing up to fix our phone & internet line that Flow has blocked me on their facebook. When a service as essential as communications goes down, it is imperative that your customer feels like the situation is being handled seriously and not just given scripted responses. Especially if the scheduled service doesn't happen for BOTH times you've Flow repeatedly assured us that "Yes the technician will be coming". In the mean time our temporary alternate number 420-7993 is still up . Until then, waiting anxiously for Digicel to set us up!

  Once again we apologize profusely if you've been trying to get in touch with us. Phone lines internet STILL down Flow this ENTIRE week we haven't been able to run credit cards for payment, answer calls/emails. We have begun the process of switching our services to Digicel Thank you to our customers for your patience. Hopefully I won't be posting another message like this in the future!   Went to the opening of the John Dunkley retrospective at the National Gallery. One if Jamaica's most important artists on the cusp of getting the international recognition and exposure that wasn't possible during his lifetime.
