Low key hotel. More towardd busjness meeting and over night stay. Centrally located in the heart of Kingston so close to shopping areas.

It would be a nice place if some of the people working here would not be so rude, especially some in the restaurant. They need to know this is a hotel not a boarding house for kids..

Four Seasons Hotel is the place to go for a lunch buffet that will thrill your palette. I have been there over and over and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food - the buffet is always ready. The flavour of the food is consistent and every time I visit I leave satisfied. A very accommodating staff is who you will encounter. I visited with a group of 24 persons and our request for rearrangement of our seating arrangement was met warmly with no resistance. I enjoyed my meal completely from appetizer to dessert. Great experience from the gate to the plate!

Hotel is basic, not sure it is quite at a 3 star level for the price. They do not offer continental breakfast...it is misleading, you only get tea, coffee, bread & butter. They should not even mention continental breakfast included. The check-in process was easy & smooth. The staff are very friendly. Stayed in the superior room with 2 queen beds by the pool for 1 week. Rooms are decent for a short stay. We had to run the warm water for a few minutes before it actually got warm. The wifi for my iPhone X was annoying as I had to constantly log in each time I used my phone. My sister with the Samsung S8 did not have that issue though. While it was not a horrible stay, we will likely not return nor recommend to family & friends.

Not the first time I go here, always a pleasure. Beautiful place with large green spaces and outdoor jacuzzi, very nice staff, clean rooms in which you find a selection of teas or instant coffee, nice local food and the list could go on. One little thing though, you need to be a little patient with the warm water as it comes after up to a minute or so, but is understandable as the hotel is spread over a large surface. Enjoy!

Hotel is quite comfortable, the food taste good, but there is something about the food that keeps upsetting me. I don't experience this upset stomach anywhere else. The customer service is great.

Twas good other than the fact that the waitress took my food from the table and I only took 4 spoons out of it ..... had she asked she would have found that I wasn't finished.

The Jamaican hospitality is rich at this hotel. The staff is very courteous and helpful. I needed to print something at the last
minute and the receptionist was so grateful! The ackee and selfish for breakfast is just an additional treat to the pampering I received here.

This hotel is mostly for business trips and handling your business trips (if you know what I mean). It's a secluded spot to hang with your sidechick. It's does what it's suppose to and fairly well.

This is a local hotel not part of the Four Seasons chain. Good rooms and great food. I stay there every year when I visit Kingston. The old area next to the pool has large rooms with direct access to the pool.
