  Definitely the best car rental customer service I've encountered. EFAY were not only the cheapest we found, but also the most accommodating, even delivering the car to our doorstep outside of standard business hours with friendly advice and a flexible attitude. Highly recommended to anyone looking to see Jamaica at reasonable rates and in convenience. Thanks Anton!

  The gentleman to meet me at the airport was very helpful and the car was better than my expectations. As well as the team at the office area, they were very helpful. Both the car pickup and the drop off experience were excellent. I will definitely use their service and cars in my future trips to Jamaica

  Definitely one of the better places I've rented a car from. Flight was delayed due to mechanical difficulties, but EFAY honored my reservation 2 hours later after my planned arrival (I did call to let them know my situation, to be power folding rear seats, backup cam, power folding mirrors, pretty much everything. In fact, I was nervous driving it so I gave into the sell on the damage waiver, figuring I'd be up in the Rockies the following day and you never know when a rock would hit the car or an animal out of nowhere. Turns out, as usual, it was a waste of money because nothing happened and I found out my credit card is actually an elite credit card, carrying full rental car insurance for cars worth up to $100,000. Oh well, at least I only had it for a day, not like it was a week or anything. I was very impressed with their customer service.

  I recently rented a car with EFAY from Donald Sangsters International airport. All the staff there are extremely friendly and couldn’t be more helpful especially George. I had very low expectations but was pleasantly surprised on every issue. They helped us with the luggage as we were struggling with our two young children and a load of suitcases and bags. What I was very surprised about was that they didn’t charge us for a clean as we left the inside of the car completely covered in crisps 😂 we hadn’t had a spare minute to go to a car wash but this was apparently not a problem. They were also not at all pushy when offering excess insurance. I couldn’t recommend them enough! Best value we found that made our vacation awesome!!!!

  HOOOORRRIBLE. ZERO STARS!!! Unprofessional and dishonest. Stay away from this company. I reserved a compact car online for one day $31. When I got to the office to pick up the car they doubled the cost of the rental claiming that they added tax and insurance. Well the price online was $20 plus $11 in tax and insurance. I explained this to the agent in the office and she told me that she is not certain about online reservations but that my rate could not be accurate. Well it was accurate and if anyone checks right now they will find the same rates advertised today December 6, 2017. Thank God I always have a back up plan. TRAVELERS PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Rent from AVIS!! AVIS will accept the collision insurance that's available on most major credit cards.

  It was great! The manager was nice, the car was just was expected. We also got a gps that was a “life saver”.
  
  The manager also told us where to go for food and a good time. He also told us how to convert American dollars into Jamaican dollars.
  
  I will recommend this company to any one. I will be back soon!

  Having never used Efay rent a car before I wasn't sure if I was making the right choice but the fact that they took no deposit meant I couldn't be any worse off. When I arrived in Jamaica I called the company who assured me someone was outside waiting for us and true to word there was. All I can say is Avis or any other big name company couldn't have done any better. It is value for money. Thanks guys for taking care of our car needs, will definitely use again.

  Extremely great car rental at Montego Bay. I just came back from Jamaica where I rented a car from EFAY for 4 days. I had never heard of them before renting, but had an amazingly positive experience from my first telephone call to them until my final contact upon returning the car. They upgraded me to a mid-size for free when the compact car I had ordered was not available. The GPS included No daily rate whatsoever. Pickup and return were fast with no hassles. Full disclosure in advance about everything. The service was friendly, helpful and professional throughout.

  Fantastic service with this company. They treated us like friends and gave us VIP service when we rented a car from them last weekend. The car was brand new, the price was very good. This is a great company and I would recommend everyone to check them out if you are hiring a car in Jamaica as they really go the extra mile to ensure you get great service.   BE WARNED STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Let me start by saying that this company is unprofessional they rent vehicles that are unsafe with no A/c bald tires and bead battery. They had to jump start the vehicle on the day of pick up. The next day the vehicle wouldn't start so they had come to where I was staying to replace it with a smaller battery plus they told me to take my time and drive because of the condition of vehicle. Online price isn't the same they charge way more than what was quoted online. I for one will never ever use this company again . I regret even giving them a one star they don't deserve not even a negative 0

  So friendly and accommodating, they even picked us up from our hotel in Falmouth. We gave them an idea of where we wanted to go and they came with maps, recommendations on things to see, and places to eat all over the country.

  Awesome service, Awesome pricing! I really got a great deal and they they met me with the vehicle at the airport. I was a bit worried about driving in Jamaica but they offered great tips and I did it! Will definitely used them again!

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Can I give negative stars? I still do not know if this company exists.
  
  I made a reservation to pick up a car in Montego Bay in advance of my travel. The morning of my travels I receive an email stating that the car I reserved was not available but they could offer me a different car, but at a rate that was $15 per day more than my original reservation.
  
  I said this wouldn't be good, as I was on a budget, but I would be willing to negotiate. They email back saying they would do a hotel transfer in Mobay and bring the car the next day. But I am not staying in Mobay - so of course that will not work.
  
  After that i never received any messages back. I sent them a few more emails stating I would be willing to negotiate a lower rate, especially since I wanted to support a local company, and not the big international ones. I even called both numbers. Someone answered at one number, but then hung up on me.
  
  I never heard back from them after multiple emails. Therefore, as I said, I don't even know if they really exist.
  
  I had to make a last minute reservation with another company, and that turned out to be terrible as well. Stay away from Efay .
  
  UPDATE:
  I returned to the States to find my credit card charged for the car I reserved and never received. It was charged on the day I made a reservation - not customary for all car rental companies I have dealt with in the past. At this present moment - 12 days after they canceled my reservation - I have not been credited back what was charged. I emailed the company, and they stated that it was credited when it was cancelled - which is false. This is the first communication I have received from them since they stopped communicating with me on my day of travel.
  
  Then they had the audacity to send me a sarcastic message referencing my negative review. Very unprofessional.
  
  I prefer to support local, and do when I fly into Kingston, but I don't have a connection in Montego Bay. Extremely disappointed in how this company operates.
