  This is great company. Arrived late due to bad weather at 11pm. My original reservation with major rental company did not meet me. I call them and they saved me from being stuck at airport. The car was clean and well maintained. Every staff member I saw made eye contact and was friendly and professional. Great price. Good car. Great people. What more do you need when renting a car?

  You can't beat the deals at this rental company. With insurance included, the total cost for renting an midsize car for three days was only $155. The gentleman at the desk took time to explain all the details pretty well. It was a quick and easy transaction; perfect for a short stay on the island.

  Hi, we really enjoyed our trip. Everything with EFAY Rent A Car was really good, from the first meeting, when they picked up us at our hotel. The guy was very kind and interested in giving us the necessary advices about driving around Jamaica. Great experience, great country, great driving... We'll repeat for sure.   Credit Card fraud again! AVOID this place.
  They had good value, good car etc. We've rented small car for a week. On the second day they called me, asking to come and swap the cars because this what I have should undergo a service. I was in the vicinity so I agreed. I ask to refund for fuel which I put in the car, but I was told that they don't have cash now. Second car didn't have any documents and Insurance. I've protested to take this car. They send someone to Insurance company to make it. It should come in 20 mins but i took whole day! On the last day, when I was on the way to airport I came to the office to took my money for fuel. They told me that they didn't knew (I sent email on previous day). I had to call owner. He told me that he's coming with money in 20 mins but he didn't and I was in a rush to the airport. During this call, lady in the office was trying to give money back to my credit card and she COPIED MY CARD! when I was busy on phone. We catch her during this, but It was too late to call the police. I've reported this to owner, he transfer my money back but I had to block my card!

  Definitely one of the better places I've rented a car from. Flight was delayed due to mechanical difficulties, but EFAY honored my reservation 2 hours later after my planned arrival (I did call to let them know my situation, to be power folding rear seats, backup cam, power folding mirrors, pretty much everything. In fact, I was nervous driving it so I gave into the sell on the damage waiver, figuring I'd be up in the Rockies the following day and you never know when a rock would hit the car or an animal out of nowhere. Turns out, as usual, it was a waste of money because nothing happened and I found out my credit card is actually an elite credit card, carrying full rental car insurance for cars worth up to $100,000. Oh well, at least I only had it for a day, not like it was a week or anything. I was very impressed with their customer service.

  Credit Card Froud!
  don’t do the same mistake as we did and trust them!
  Don’t give them your credit card details or use a prepaid credit card!
  We rented a car over the website for 14 days with them. First they charge the right amount of 489USD directly from the credit card. After a couple of day’s they charge another 600USD from the card again! But we didn’t realize it. Because we were on our road trip.
  After 13 Days, we decide to extend for another 14 days. “No Problem” they Charged us again 600USD. Instead of 489USD
  After I checked my account, I couldn’t believe it. The charges us over 700USD to much!
  We hope we will get our money back.
  We got it back! But it was Stress full!

  I am so impressed with their service! Our driver arrived on time, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt safe, and comfortable. We booked round trip transportation from Ocho Rios to Negril. Our driver Mr. Gordon was amazing through our 7 hrs drive. He kept us entertained and told us the history of the country. We had a pleasant car ride with full entertainment with Mr. Gordon!

  Fantastic service with this company. They treated us like friends and gave us VIP service when we rented a car from them last weekend. The car was brand new, the price was very good. This is a great company and I would recommend everyone to check them out if you are hiring a car in Jamaica as they really go the extra mile to ensure you get great service. Thanks Anton and Derrick - I loved Jamaica and definitely want to visit again and will definitely be hoping to hire from you. Will recommend you to all our friends.
