  WAY overcharged me for a Breitling watch...to the tune of $900 more than I could have purchased it for in the states. Ultimately, it's my responsibility to do the homework...I failed and it cost me. They may have made a little extra from me on one transaction, but they guaranteed I'll never buy another thing there again (including jewlery for my wife!). Not a very wise business move. I plan to travel to the Caribbean often now that my kids are of age...and I will never step foot in this place again. At any port.

  I am just returning from a cruise & ended up purchasing some Crown of Lights studs which i did NOT need but was pressured into buying to get a "better deal" on what I did want, a tennis bracelet. We were in there several hours on a rainy day drinking beers and rum punch. The initial price quoted was insane, but as always it creeps down as the day goes on. The staff was nice, but the pressure I felt to buy something I did not need was uncomfortable! They were basically telling me that I would get the earrings for "free" with the initial price of the bracelet. They ended up promising me that screw backs would be put on my studs, as I told them I would NOT buy them without that feature, but it would have to be done in their Grand Cayman office as they did not have any in their store. They said they called GC & it would be done there while I was in port, sent me with a repair envelope & everything. When I got to Grand Cayman they knew NOTHING of a call & did not have any in stock to put on my already purchased studs! Returns are NOT accepted either! I felt scammed for $3000! Jameisha (manager) & Sherica thx for the fun, but for NOT FOLLOWING THRU on our agreement! SCAMMED to BUY! I feel taken advantage of as a traveler that they knew they would not see again! I now have no recourse or compensation for my purchase!!! BUYER BEWARE!

  My husband and I have been shopping with House of Diamonds for many years. We started at the Ocho Rios store and now we go to the Falmouth Jamaica store. Larry and Bobby are the best. I have never had any problems with the quality of the diamonds and gemstones we have purchased over the years.

  Usual tourist trap. We went to check the prices and not buy anything. You could get better deals at a regular shopping mall.
