C&W purchase of this company was a huge mistake 😴 seems they only made the purchase to close it down, to further monopolize the market with their expensive and useless offerings.
Never used there services before, but they come under Flow now, and there not by Old Hope Road anymore.
My internet service has been down for over a week. Every evening I have been calling and up to now I am unable to hear a favorable responses. Their service is really poor.
Worst company I've ever done business with. Service is horrible/poor. They keep saying that they have no records of bill payment on their system months after I pay the bill, I had to forward a copy of payment receipt to them via email. Nobody calls back even when they promise to. My next move is to call the CAC or the OUR. They need to be exposed! They want you to pay bills even when u don't have service. I wish there was a 0 star. 1 star is too much for them.
This company's internet will let you down at anytime... They don't seem to care if you need it at a required time. They are not very dependable from three year's of use- it is evident...😔
Dekal is the WORSE internet provider and has no understanding of the concept of good customer service. Im a site provider for the company and the only compensation they give us is complimentary internet service when initially we were additionally to be paid for this service. Anyways, for the past 5 weeks we have been without internet service and have been calling back an forth just collecting different names of agents but not getting any further assistance. A technician was apparently assigned last week who we were told was "on there way today", LAST WEEK SATURDAY! This week i have been unable to even reach the office via telephone and i believe this is utter foolishness and a gross lack appreciation of our services. If this matter is not given immediate attention, i will be destroying every equipment they have on my house which is used to provide service to those in the area as well as to go to another internet service provider who knows how to treat persons.
Service is awful! Both internet services and customer care! To make it worse, the Commercial Services Manager, Nico Burton, just plain arrogant and lie! Don't spend your money with them! You are not even reimbursed for non-service. All they want is payment in full!
Since Lime bought Dekal most of the time not working. Using one day cards and lost already 3 cards and customer service is pure rubbish. Out of order. Lime should stop to sell the cards and if they plan to get Dekal out of service than do it another way instead of pissing off Dekal users, we all know u is Lime.
Don't waste your time or money. I I have been calling DEKAL and leaving messages for three days to arrange for a site visit - we want a platinum package and a surveillance system. Until now I have not had a call back or an email. I was told by a robotic but polite receptionist that he can't get them to call me and I must continue to wait! Three days for a phone call or email a Tech communications company? That's laughable. DEKAL just doesn't get it! Customers bring money! Without customers there is no company. I don't think this company is going to be around in the market place for long. I believe DEKAL was bought out by LIME. Well, LIME has had poor customer reviews for sometime so I should not be surprised that LIMEs' new purchase is a disappointment. I rate it as a 1 star company only because it doesn't allow my to give 0. They're more like a dumpling shop than fine dining when it comes to dealing with customers. That's a shame!
