  Stayed at this hotel for four days. Had an Amazing time. Staff was friendly and accommodating. In the dining area Antonie was kind and helpful and pleasant. If you need transportation ask for Dr. Watson he was the best part of the trip his van was clean, he was friendly, rates were reasonable, and his personality superced all expectations. Thank you Courtleigh I will be back

  I've had to visit this hotel on several occassions and each time ive found the staff there to be really nice and very helpful. Its an overall pretty good looking hotel, not huge but ample. Great if you're coming for a business trip.

  Service at this Hotel is truly outstanding. The staff is courteous, warm and ready to serve with a smile. The meal prices was reasonable and it tasted really good. Presentation is wonderful. Ask the Bartender (C.J) for his best cocktail and you will not be disappointed. He know just what to blend for you. I will be back the next time I am in the New Kingston area.

  The hotel was clean, the air conditioning worked, and the staff were very helpful. I liked the buffet breakfast, and the food in the hotel restaurant, Alexander, looked good. The facilities were fine, there is an on-site laundry room, and a nice gym. Parking is easy in the hotel car park. My room had a separate living room, and a desk for working. It was comfortable. The WiFi worked well.
  The hotel is close to Emancipation Park which has a good 500m walking/jogging track, and security at night. There are plenty of low end places to eat nearby, but you have to travel a bit for something higher end.

  Rooms are a little run down now but that is standard for the hotels in the area. Restaurant is better than average. Burgers are the best.

  Courtleigh Hotel and Suites is conveniently located to clubs and restaurants, secure area. The staff is friendly and very attentive to guess needs. The rooms are great and the food is great. It is priced Right and great views from the rooms.

  I loved everything about this place. Every staff including bellman, front desk, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping were courteous, helpful, effecient, and showed a high level of competency in performing their individual roles. The rooms were clean and spacious; having a room with a balcony further enhanced the overall room experience. The Courtleigh is my new favorite hotel in Kingston and I plan on staying there the next time I'm in the area.

  This is a nice Hotel for persons conducting business in Kingston and need somewhere to stay. The food is very good and the Hotel is located in the heart of New Kingston in close proximity to Parks, Restaurants, Bars and Clubs.

  Great bed, excellent restaurant. Staff of Courtleigh go out of their way to assist you. Yesteryear charm, I love staying at the Courtleigh Hotel and you have the use of work out facility at Pegasus next door!

  Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Restaurant has pretty good food. Swimming pool closes at 5 pm so I never got to use it. Avoid room 102 (a suite) which is next to the very loud laundry room, unless noise in the evening doesn't bother you. Staff nice and attentive.

  Nice a comfortable place with a nice dining facility.
  Photos usually look better than the reality but it is OK. I did get told off for my washing drying on my balcony but otherwise it's ok

  Very good hotel, friendly staff. The rooms are nice and big, the pool bar amd the restaurant offer good food and cocktails, prices are very reasonable. The breakfast is very good and very tasty.

  Beautiful Vintage styled hotel with awesome food and outdoor jerked BBQ. Room we had a beautiful view of New Kingston from the balcony. Doors leading to the balcony can fully slide open for an outdoor room feel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only problem for me was the lack of power outlets under or near the working desk in the room. Couldn't use my computer on the desk and had to use the drawers instead since they had a plug nearby.
