Very courteous and respectful staff, rooms fair, food not much variety. Entertainment great. Greatest asset for me is staff who go beyond to satisfy guest. Delroy duwayne and others.

NOT A PLACE FOR ANYONE TO STAY:
This resort used false advertisement to get people in.
The place is very clean, the pool area was well kept, The staff was friendly- but that's about it.
There are only the buffet areas, no other restaurant as advertised.
The gym has only broken equipment's, no Spa and no massage was available.
The severs had little or no training, but they were pleasant.
The buffet was serve with broken utensils, napkins are old and thread hanging everywhere, the food was sometimes cold, and only a few dishes to choose from, also only 3 deserts to choose from which was old and hard..
The reception coaches had torn cushions.
The bedroom where I was had a torn down bed skirt, the mattress was old and had a dip in the middle-hard as rock, the closet had a piece of wire tie to the lock to assist in opening it. The door safety chain had been more several times and all the previous holes was still there.

Bathroom sink was leaking, every-time I used it my feet got wet, which was reported several times and no came to repair it, the door had a piece broken out and the side panels was flapping. Towels were clean but was old and coarse, bath side towel had black soil spots.
Jacuzzi had dirty water- out of service.
I know this hotel was built back in the 1960's. The potential is there for a great resort, but it seemed that management only want to catch unsuspected visitor with false advertisement while the place fall in disrepair.
It is very disheartening, because after you are there, it is too late to get a refund. I paid for a resort and got a rundown hostel.

The resort is in disrepair, ran down. In need of updates. Internet signal weak. 90% of gym equipment broken. Room's are clean but in need of updates. Towels old, washed & returned daily. 1 pool, well maintained. Both nude & prude beaches are small-scale. The restaurant was closed. Meals served buffet style, outdoors, limited selection but tasty & fresh. Between 3 -5 you can order burgers & other short order foods. All staff deserve 5 star rating! If you want a lot of guests this place isn't for you. They do a good job of keeping the small grounds & beaches maintained. The massages are 4 star. The natural scenic views, amazing. They are working on making the upgrades & I hope it happens. Shout out to Macho (entertainment) I requested a bonfire on the beach & he made it happen!

Good spot to chill if all u want is peace and quiet. Some of the staff needs customer service training. Excellent ambiance but poor daytime entertainment

Bare basics. Not visually appealing. Nothing here will leave you saying "wow".

Location is good for a stop over accommodation, the rooms are ok

Romantic local quiet resort. Food was fresh and delicious. Rooms were clean, had an ocean view, king bed comfy, patio nice. Pool refreshing, beach manmade so it was ok. Pier was romantic.. I liked that it was a local resort and the folks working were pleasant. My boo and I enjoyed ourselves.. He jamaican and had no complaints! Left Grand Bahia for this place, best decision ever!!!

The outdoor of the property is well kept and beautiful. It was quite relaxing and cool. However, the room and the whole building need refurbishing. Food was alright and drink... Artificial! Friendly staff though. The owner should fix up the place! This way, what you see on the website, actually matches what you see when you get here.

Quaint all inclusive resort that you can tell is a bit long in the tooth and could use some upgrades, but makes up for that with super friendly staff that ensure you have an enjoyable stay and that you can become fast friends with. So if you are not a nitpicker of dated tile, plastic patio furniture and just care that you bed is clean and you can have good food and drinks. This is the place with suit you fine.

I went to this resort and was appalled. Once My new wife and I arrived, they had a lunch buffett that looked like it was two days old. There were not a single guest other than My wife and I, and the staff seemed as if they were just brought in from the street when I arrived. The bedrooms had bugs on the sheets, and the pool did not look like anything that the picture indicates. Considering it was our honeymoon, we refused to start our marriage at that resort. Luckily, my travel agent was able to switch our resort. I would highly suggest not attending this resort.

First time in Jamaica, excellent and super friendly staff. Just had to switch our room because the AC died over night. Well taken care of about that situation. Bar and service staff are very good. The entertainment staff is very well accommodating and a hoot to hang with. I will definitely come back next year.
