Sometimes there is a bit of a wait. Mostly though, the line is short and moves quickly and the drive through teller is super!
I had 2 very unpleasant experiences there: I signed up for 2 partner plans, they lost the application form for one, thus, they had no information on record for same, meanwhile, I was making my regular payments. Fortunately, after I signed up I took a picture of the form which I was able to show them. They did some investigations then claimed it was misplaced.
On the second occasion (another 6 months long partner plan), they had the wrong maturity date (2 months later than when it was supposed to mature). The plan states 5% interest per annum but if you are to sign up for the 6 months partner you WILL NOT get that. They claim to have a special formula to calculate the interest rate (none of this was communicated prior).

Customer service needs training. The staff at the Sav-la-mar branch think they knows it all. They do not listen, they just want to talk like they are in a lecture. As you are about to ask a question, they cut you off. So you walk out the door with many unanswered questions. Credit Union I have options so I will be talking my money else where.
