This house is the bees knees. Just be prepared to load up on food and drink with your taxi driver from the airport before you get to the house. There is nowhere noticeable to a non-local nearby to walk to for groceries. Dorry, the cook, will make whatever you buy taste like the cats PJs, or she will go shopping for you if you give her cash and will bring back change with a receipt if there is any. The owner Steve was there during our week and has a separate house next door. He was a big help but apparently he isn't normally there. Anyways it was cool and the ocean pool/ocean ladder are awesome n' at. Some good snorkeling right out back but be careful not to jump on the sea urchins. That will still get and you'll need to pee on it. We had to a few times
Just looking back I wanted to add my favorite photo, great memories mon!

We had such an awesome time staying at The Blue Sky Villa! The location was perfect with the villa being right on the water but still very close to the town and where everything happens! The chef and staff were so great and the facilities were very authentic and clean! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Jamaica!

Oh my goodness I had the best vacation here! The owner Steve was great in helping us with anything we needed. The chef was exceptional and cooked some of the best meals I have ever had! The staff on the entire property was so sweet and kind. The salt pool they had was by far my favorite. Being able to sit in a pool that was filled with the moving salt water was awesome. I will defiantly come back! I really recommend this place with families! It has so much to offer and so much to do! Thanks again for the most magical and wonderful stay!

If you've found this in your search for a place to stay in Negril, you need not look further. This beautiful house is staffed by even more beautiful people. The owner and staff work hard to ensure your every need is catered to. The food cooked by Dorothy is worth the trip in itself. I had a great time here and highly recommend to anyone who is interested in enjoying Negril. The picture is taken from the back of the house by the salt water pool / ocean.

What an amazing vacation home. If you are wanting to avoid the hustle and bustle of the over priced resorts this is the place for you. It starts with the maid/chef Dorothy who is an amazing cook and keeps the place impeccable. The salt water pool that is carved out of the lava rock is a one of a kind. Cool off in the fresh water pool before you relax on the outdoor furniture for a nice afternoon nap. Local restaurants and shopping is just a short distance away.. Three Dives and Ivan's were two of my favorite restaurants. I found the people of Jamaica to be more than friendly and you can bet I will return again.

You will never want to leave the Blue Sky Villa. It is perfectly located in the west end of Negril, offers stunning sea views and a private beach. You can snorkeling off the back ladder or enjoy the fresh water pool off the veranda. Each room is beautifully decorated includes a private bath and entrance.
You can Live like a local, restaurants and sights are within walking distance. If you want to be spoiled and taste the local flavor request the villa chef Ms.Dorothy, she is happy to cook up delicious meals on a daily basis. Olie is the on site security and serves as a concierge to arrange your excursions and transportation. Nine days of sunshine, snorkeling, 7 mile beach, red stripe, Mayfield Falls, and breathtaking sunsets it was not long enough. It was the most relaxed and perfect vacation one could ask for.

Wake up beside the ocean and love life, pool carved out the shore rock that makes an amazing salt water pool, far enough away from the resort garbage. Downside is the owner provides nothing and when there's no water or he overbooks he doesn't want to reimburse a damn thing

Last month we stayed at Blue Sky Villa, Jamaica. This was our first trip to Jamaica and it didn't fall short of amazing! Blue Sky Villa was a comfortable, private luxurious place to stay. With its own freshwater pool and private ocean front surrounding (With a Salt Water Pool!) we couldn't have picked a better place. From lounging to swimming, the nearby shopping options and the wonderful eats this trip topped many of our travels in the last. Dorothy is the housekeeper and chef, her hospitality and food was out of this world... we never went hungry and ate something different every meal, it was wonderful! The property owner had great places and people to refer us. It seems he's worked out deals for the Villa guests to have discounted rates for a variety of things such as cab services, snorkeling, drinks and groceries. When we mentioned where we were staying the locals instantly welcomed us to their place of business without pressure to buy, they were just pleased to have us. We are already planning our next trip including more family and friend, we can't wait to stay at Blue Sky Villa again! Thank you Blue Sky Villa for such an unforgettable time!

Words really can't describe the time I had. The staff took great care of me. The food was amazing. The grounds keeper will be my friend for years to come.
