A wide variety of auto parts available and special order assistance for hard to get items...security on spot...both genuine and non-Genuine parts in stock. However most branches are Crowded within regular business hours and parking lots full easily, except for the South Camp road parking lot location this branch has more parking area. Best time for convienents are early mornings, late evening before closing and mid- week/Wednesdays.

I was directed there by a representative from their Hagley Park road branch to collect a part for my Honda civic. I didn't have to wait long because they had made provisions for me to collect so the part was ready and waiting. Much appreciated customer service.

When I tell you customers service sucks it sucKS hard I call in to get some information had to call like ten time put on hold for department all now i'm still on hold. Just tell me why have so much location and can't get people to just answer phone I believe they can pay minimum wage for that.

The price for parts at this store is very competitive. And they have a wide variety of parts. The staff is good, they are overwhelm with customers who most times come in and shout their requests, so expect to speak up clearly the parts you need. There is also a good amount of parking space available for those who drive.

Great selection of parts. I went to the molynes branch, I took off two stars because I had to wait for more than 30 minutes to get the parts I ordered. I would have given them five stars if their service was faster.

Slow service. I like that I can get quality parts at a reasonable price at Bert's but the Waltham park road branch needs to do something about service. Simply takes too long.

Ever seen a movie/news reel from the 70s/80s showing the trading floor of a stock market? That's Bert's, in 2017 no less! Plaza is in terrible need of paving as it has more potholes (more like craters) that parking spots.

Poor service at the delivery area. Had to pack my own bags. 5 bottles of engine oil and 5 bottles of transmission oil. Aaaannndd nobody offered to help me carry them to my car.
